How Merrowdale Estate collects, uses and looks after your personal information.
What we collect
When you book a tasting, enquire about an event, join the wine club or send us a message, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and anything you write in the form. We never ask for card details on this website.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to you: to confirm a booking, prepare a quote, set up a membership or answer a question. If you join the wine club, we’ll email you before each release. We don’t sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Where it’s kept
Form submissions are delivered to our team by our website provider and stored in our booking and email systems. We keep them only as long as we need to, and delete enquiries that don’t go ahead after twelve months.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@merrowdaleestate.com and we’ll respond within a few days.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses privacy-friendly analytics to count visits. It doesn’t use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.
